I had the pleasure of being a part of FNB for almost 3 years in the capacity of a Digital Designer. I worked closely with marketing representatives to conceptualise digital solutions on FNB’s responsive web platform and mobile banking app.

While implementing our recently developed design system, I was tasked to create PDF information packs that comprehensively outline the advantages of FNB's credit card offerings.

Touch ID App Campaign
When Touch ID first introduced , FNB enabled its usage to login to the banking App. Specifications for the campaign were as follows:

Focus on security of biometrics and safety

Emphasize that Touch ID isn't foolproof, and stress the importance of keeping your password secret because it's your backup for logging into the FNB App.
Deliverables: eMailer for App users to update to get Touch ID, Social media posts, digital banners and a product page on fnb.co.za

Mailers assisted in reaching targeted audiences, drive engagement, and generate leads. During my tenure at the bank, I had the privilege to work on a diverse array of mailers

South Africa is in the midst of a power crisis, and to prevent system failure, they've introduced nationwide power cuts, a.k.a loadshedding, when demand exceeds supply.
FNB announced that they were making different power solutions available at a 20% discount to all FNB Clients.
The requirement was to create a digital banner to raise awareness of the offer.
