As a lover of football & die-hard Manchester City fan - I had the pleasure of spearheading the delivery of a personalised, immersive experience for sports lovers that never want to miss a moment.
Problem
The previous SuperSport App was slow, bland and generic. It did not put its users first and showed content irrelevant to individuals.
Objective
To rebuild both the front & backend and provide a responsive experience with up-to-date content in the palm of users hands.
Solution
A seamless, user friendly platform which prioritises the user. A personalised, customisable experience which enables users to Never miss a moment!

In an effort to understand and empathize with our users, we created a set of personas to better understand their needs, goals, behaviors and preferences to ensure that we design with them in mind.

To minimise any potential confusion and enhance workflow efficiency, the navigation was meticulously designed using user flows to gain a comprehensive understanding of the information architecture and user journeys.
Information Architecture
Plotting out the Information Architecture was a crucial step in transforming the desired features into user journeys, furthermore it ensured that we confidently approached the wireframing phase.
Wireframes
Wireframing played a pivotal role in communicating the core concept to both stakeholders and developers, facilitating a rapid validation of user journeys.
This exercise proved invaluable in identifying any potential issues within the concept, whether related to user experience or development aspects.
Usability Testing
Usability testing was crucial for developing our App. We held numerous sessions in order to validate our design decisions and catch issues early, saving development costs.
It led to a streamlined process, user-friendly experience, and higher adoption rates.
